Question Ramworks III

What kind of chips can I use to put on this (and where can I get them, Reactive Micro?) and what is its' maximum capacity?

41256 variants (and there are a lot of them) On the main board you can have up to 1MB. Expansion connector can support another 512K or 2MB.
